I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was close to the water park, making it convenient for us to enjoy a fun-filled day. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that some rooms even had inbuilt jacuzzis, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the attention to detail in providing four towels, mineral water, and coffee sachets in the room, which made our stay even more convenient.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and I have no major complaints.

I prefer the theme park, private sauna and the comfortable room
I dont like the food that served. The food was horrible, less varieties and no worth of paying. The hotel was charged my kid (who is just 5 years old) for dinner (RM 25) and breakfast (RM 18). Actually he didnt eat any food there because of the tasteless food. So, it's not worth of paying. The hotel shouldn't charge small kids for food.

The studio bedroom was comfortable and cozy and spacious.but when I was there there was no acond remote and the jacuzzi didn't work.i had to go down to reception 3 times in 2 days only to finally get the acond remote a few hours after my check out time..The room telephone didn't work either. The food at the cafe was ok, so was the dinner buffet.
I didn't like the stinking smell when I was there.I Spolied the whole purpose of my relaxation. The lift was always spoilt to only one at aparticular time.My family and I had to take the staircase to go up to 3rd floor most of the time because of the lift breakdown. The floor at ground level was very wet and slippery and my mother of 75 almost fell down. I wouldn't come again to this hotel unless the service is upgraded.

The room is well equiped and clean. Very comfortable room. Hotel room is pretty well maintained but could be improved. Water theme park is definitely a plus point to bring young children to.
The check in procedure is taking too long and there's no proper que/indication being displayed to guide hotel guests. There are a lot of flies within the resort compound, which is annoying. Proper tableware (cup and plate) should be used at the restaurant (buffet breakfast) instead of styrofoam cup and plate. This is a hotel for goodness sake!

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The hotel's theme park was amazing, my family and I enjoyed it a lot. The breakfast buffet was also quite good, with a wide range of tasty dishes to choose from.
The room was a bit disappointing. The furniture was old and worn out, and the bathroom needed some updating.
